The Return Window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors will politely be declined and sent back to you.

Our styling team will reply within 24-48 hours with step-by-step instructions and the proper return address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges Need a different size or color? The fastest way to ensure you get the piece you want is to return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
